Who I Am

I am Thamar Karpes.

I work with leaders who are done with development that stays on the surface. As a mentor and a conscious mirror, I walk alongside you into the layer where your decisions, your presence and your impact actually originate.

I spent over twenty years inside the international corporate world. I know that system from the inside. I also know what it costs to lead from a constructed identity rather than from who you truly are.

My work combines that corporate understanding with more than a decade of training in transcultural systemic, energetic and shamanic work.

I do not offer a method. I offer a depth of seeing that most leaders have never encountered.

I have a sharp nose for the stories leaders tell themselves to stay comfortable. At this level, you are used to people moving around you. I will not.

Soul Mentorship moves through three phases: mapping your inner architecture, breaking through what drives you unconsciously, and the Rewilding Experience — five days of initiation in nature that cannot be replicated in any coaching room.
